GFNY URUGUAY CIRCULATION GUIDELINES

Each runner undertakes to know and fully comply with the GFNY URUGUAY CLUB REGULATION. It is mandatory to wear a helmet, respect traffic regulations and follow the instructions of the designated leaders. Up to 2 cyclists must ride in a row on the right side of the road given that routes with fluid traffic are traveled. VIEW / DOWNLOAD FULL REGULATIONS

YOU WILL BE CIRCULATING AT YOUR OWN RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY AT ALL TIMES.

How to Join

  1. Register in advance (minimum 48 hours) prior to your first Departure. Once registered, your registration is valid for all subsequent departures. REGISTER HERE
  2. Registrations are open and free. However, priority will be given to registered runners to the next GFNY Punta del Este, GFNY Uruguay-Colonia, and previous editions. If you are not registered yet, you can do it HERE
  3. Know in detail and fully comply with the GFNY URUGUAY CLUB REGULATION. You can read and download it HERE

WHERE AND WHEN ARE THE DEPARTURES
The routes, schedules and meeting points will be communicated in the week prior to each departure. We recommend opting to receive newsletters when registering, or subscribing to receive them, as a secure means of receiving this information, subscribe to receive our newsletter HERE

HOW FAST WE RIDE
Training outings are not races. Its objective is to go out to bottom with a considerable number of cyclists, which makes it a special experience.

The group rides intend to be not only a training group for GFNY URUGUAY but also a gateway to the sport of cycling. For this reason, do not stop approaching: if you do not have experience we will support your effort. But it is essential that you communicate your level of training and capabilities to the leading cyclist of each outing
