GFNY URUGUAY CIRCULATION GUIDELINES
Each runner undertakes to know and fully comply with the GFNY URUGUAY CLUB REGULATION. It is mandatory to wear a helmet, respect traffic regulations and follow the instructions of the designated leaders. Up to 2 cyclists must ride in a row on the right side of the road given that routes with fluid traffic are traveled. VIEW / DOWNLOAD FULL REGULATIONS

WHERE AND WHEN ARE THE DEPARTURES

HOW FAST WE RIDE
Training outings are not races. Its objective is to go out to bottom with a considerable number of cyclists, which makes it a special experience.
The group rides intend to be not only a training group for GFNY URUGUAY but also a gateway to the sport of cycling. For this reason, do not stop approaching: if you do not have experience we will support your effort. But it is essential that you communicate your level of training and capabilities to the leading cyclist of each outing
